Styliq Hub Fashion Limited emphasis on Research & Development as the core for our business. As an Innovative and Sustainable company we have integrated R&D infrastructure and built a team to lead the work of discovering new processes, product developments & improvement of current production infrastructure.
Sample Development
Styliq Hub always give extra priority for all kind of Samples based on customer requirement. Sampling is very important in Apparel industry because the buyers usually place orders after reviewing the quality of the samples. It is one of the key elements of the pre-production processes. The process of developing sample varies based on the buyer’s requirement and the style / type of the garment they are dealing with
Merchandising
In Styliq Hub, our main concern is the satisfaction of our client and one of our core strengths is merchandising by our vibrant, experienced and committed merchandisers. Our dedicated team of merchandisers are always proactive in communicating with all the parties and maintain constant follow up on all orders.
Fabric Sourcing
To ensure the best quality fabric for our products, we work with knitting and woven factories equipped with the latest machineries and who use the best quality machine accessories (needles, sinkers, yarn feeders, etc.) to produce seamless and uninterrupted rolls of fabrics, Of course piloted by experienced operators and supervisors. For the fabrics that need to be sourced from elsewhere, we go in contract with only the best suppliers in the market.
Production
Styliq Hub has more than 14 factories under its belt for productions of various RMG products; which are all compliance factories. We comprise of multiple and separate factories for our knit, woven, denim & sweater productions, so there is close to no chance of orders overlapping. For maximum efficiency these factories employ only experienced workers and are always wary and prompt about worker welfare. As Styliq Hub has always believed in women empowerment, we can proudly say that almost 70% of all the workers in all our factories combined are women.Â
QA And QC
Styliq Hub has a team of experienced and well qualified QA & QCs. They are involved in each and every stage of production at all production units round the clock, right after the pre-cutting approval is given.
The QCs deployed at our factories constantly monitor the production and conduct size, set, Inline, midline, pre-final and final inspections; making certain that everything is up to the mark.
